(1) How long does a Lube Express oil change service take and what else does the service include? Our oil change service takes just 10 minutes guaranteed. Included in this service is an 12 point program of preventative maintenance. Please contact a location on pricing and specials.
(2) How can I receive information regarding opening a Fleet account? You can receive information about our extensive Fleet Services Program by contacting one of our locations or by filling out a Fleet Services Form.

(7) Can I make an appointment for my car to done at a certain time of the day? Unfortunately our service requires that service any vehicle that comes without an appointment. This service makes it difficult to make service appointments and non-service appointments. Fortunately our service only takes 10 minutes to complete.
(8) What forms of payment are accepted at Lube Express? Hometown Lube accepts payment by cash, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
(9) How is Galceran Auto and Electric affliliated with Hometown Lube ? Hometown Lube and Galceran Auto and Electric are owned by the same family. (10) How do you handle sensitive information such as my address or phone number? Hometown Lube handles all of your personal information is a security enabled computer system. We will not voluntarily give out your information unless you have specifically allowed us to do so.
(11) What vehicle types do you service? Hometown LubeĀ  services all Domestic and Import model vehicles.
(12) If I need to speak with a Spanish-speaking associate do you offer this service? Our Lube Express locations all speak Spanish in order to better assistance our clients.
